Return Policy TOP
We understand things can become broken during shipping. If you find yourself in this situation, and your item shipped insured post with a tracking number, please email SSE within 48 hours of receiving your package. Do not discard any item. It must be returned in order to receive a replacement should we have it.
Once contacting us via email, You will receive a email confirmation number that you will need to include in the returned package to receive a replacement if one is available.
All returns must have tracking or delivery confirmation. This is for the customer's protection.
Returns must be received at SSE within 10 days of an email confirmation otherwise the return will be void.
Shipping is not refundable in either direction.
THERE ARE NO CASH REFUNDS.
Replacement or returns only. (Returns at our discretion & item availability).
Please do not ship an item back to SSE without a email confirmation. A Replacement will not be sent without the email confirmation number.

SSE tries to fill orders in a timely fashion. If we are unable to fill part or all of your order we will notify you via email. At that time you will have the option of canceling, substituting or waiting for the item to become available. If we do not here back from you within 24 hours, then that item(s) will be cancelled from the order.
